A B2B Event Focused on Publishing, Launches, and New Revenue Potential
We had the pleasure of hosting this event ourselves. With “Concept to Console,” we realized a B2B event specifically dedicated to publishing strategies for Steam, Nintendo, Xbox, and other platforms. The focus was on practical questions from the everyday development life of studios and indies: How do I plan releases effectively? Which platforms suit my game? And which factors determine visibility and commercial success?
Together with experienced industry speakers, we took a deep dive into these topics. Christopher Wulf spoke about additional revenue opportunities beyond traditional Steam sales. Tim Ahlert provided insights into successful console launches, covering everything from realistic timelines to clear Dos and Don’ts. Daniel Lyozov highlighted the publisher’s perspective, explaining the criteria behind decision-making and what that specifically means for indie studios.
